What’s included in the venue rental?

Your rental includes tables, chairs, Wi-Fi, a DJ booth, and free parking. We also offer add-on services such as a dance floor, floor wraps, décor, staging, audio/visual equipment, and linens for an additional fee.

Can I bring my own vendors?

Yes, you may bring your own vendors. However, either you or your assigned coordinator must be present with them at all times. Vendors are not allowed to access the building with our key or lockbox code.

Can I bring in my own catering company?

Yes, outside caterers are allowed but must be licensed and insured. An outside catering fee of $1,000 will apply.

How many hours are included in my rental?

Rental hours depend on the package you choose. Additional time for setup and breakdown is based on availability and may incur extra fees.

Can we use your onsite kitchenette?

No. Outside caterers are not permitted to use our kitchen. However, we provide a designated setup room for food prep and storage. Your caterer must bring all necessary supplies, including ice (which is also available for purchase from us).

Can your culinary team accommodate special dietary needs?

Absolutely. Our Executive Chef is happy to accommodate food allergies and dietary preferences. Be sure to communicate these needs with your coordinator during your catering meeting.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

No. A & B Creative Event Center is the sole provider of alcohol on the premises. No outside alcohol is permitted.

When is the last day to make changes to my event?

We require all event changes—guest count, timeline, floor plan—to be submitted at least 7 days prior to your event. Your final payment is due 14 days before your event, no later than 7 days out.

Do I need to clean up after my event?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The venue must be returned in the condition it was received. If you’re using an outside caterer, all trash must be removed and placed in our designated dumpsters. Any items you or your vendors bring in must be taken out by the end of your rental.
